The Human Design System is the Science of Differentiation. It shows us how we each have a unique way of operating; a design and specific purpose to fulfill. Offering us insight into the conscious and unconscious parts of ourselves and gives you your Type, Strategy and Authority (body-centered intelligence) tools to show you the way you are designed to navigate through life and interact with the world. A Human Design Chart or BodyGraph is a precise user guide that shows you really are, how to be yourself, and how to successfully navigate in a world that is unstable.
BG5 (Base Group 5), is the business and career application of the Human Design System. In BG5 we look at how to be successful materially in our job, career, or business both as an individual and how we work with others. BG5 allows us to analyze individuals, partnerships, and small groups and is the basis for understanding the dynamics of large organizations.
It is, as stated by Ra Uru Hu, "not directly connected with what we would call the spiritual or awakening domain. It's business. And the goal is not to be awake. The goal is to improve the bottom line... Material potential is something that needs to be understood very deeply in the design of a human being in order to be able to give them the tools that they will need to be able to operate correctly in the future, and be able to bring in the material resources that they're going to need into their lives."
With these goals in mind, Ra Uru Hu, the messenger, and teacher of Human Design included very specific, simplified language for this application of the system.
This means that while I have completed my BG5 Certification, I am currently enrolled in other IHDS programs. Training with the International Human Design School is extensive and intensive and I feel I will always be a student of the system, with or without classes.
Each of these sessions are offered via Zoom session where I review your goals and/or questions and use the time we have allotted to review pertinent information from your 16 Success Codes. I do this by sharing a PowerPoint so you have all of the details of our discussion and provide you with a recording of the session. The Career Design Analysis reviews all 16 Success Codes over the course of three 90 minute sessions.
Depending on your individual situation, on a case-by-case basis, I may be able to support you or your organization with other services.
Your assessment is based on three key pieces of information. Your Birthday, time, and place. If you are missing your birth time, we will need to postpone and try to get that information first. Ra Uru Hu was the messenger and teacher of the Human Design system since it's beginning in 1987. He created the unique and rigorous educational process to explore and share the Science of Differentiation through the International Human Design School. A BG5 Career Design Sessions are not readings. These sessions provide solutions to any challenges or problems you may be facing in your career, business or other areas of life and helps you understand your individual potential. In a series of BG5 sessions you will identify your 5 Keys to Success, Things that Make You Tick, Unique Gifts, Life Work and Purpose and Work Settings.
In a Human Design Reading, you are informed of the information contained in your chart for the purpose of self-transformation and spiritual awakening, not for business and material potential, although they may be a byproduct .
